Seamless Steel Pipe
Seamless steel pipe is manufactured as an integral tubular product without welded seams, offering uniform wall thickness and excellent pressure-bearing performance. It is widely used in oil and gas transmission, chemical pressure piping, boiler heat exchangers, and mechanical structural applications. Seamless Integral Forming
Produced by hot piercing or cold drawing processes, the pipe body contains no welded seams. This ensures uniform strength distribution and eliminates stress concentration and leakage risks associated with welds.
High Pressure-Bearing Capacity
Uniform wall thickness and strong internal pressure resistance make it suitable for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure fluid transmission systems, with higher safety margins than welded pipes of comparable specifications.
Corrosion and Heat Resistance
Available in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloy grades to meet requirements for acidic, alkaline, solvent-rich, corrosive, and high-temperature service conditions up to 650°C depending on material grade.
High Dimensional Accuracy
Outside diameter and wall thickness tolerances are strictly controlled, with low ovality and excellent surface finish. Cold-drawn pipes can achieve higher precision and are suitable for precision machining applications.
Wide Size Range and Flexible Customization
Available from 6 mm to 1200 mm outside diameter and wall thickness from 1 mm. Fixed length, random length, trial orders, and bulk procurement requirements can all be supported.
